'Anubhava’ is commonly used in many Indian languages and means ‘experience’. This is the knowledge or wisdom that comes from doing and participating. The deeper meaning of ‘Anubhava’ comes from the Sanskrit word ‘Anu’ which means ‘"along with" and 'Bhu' which conveys the “process of becoming”. Combining the two it would mean “going along with the process of becoming yourself”. This is the essence of therapy and an invitation to anyone who comes in contact with us.
